Let us know that you would like us to fill your prescriptions and where you've been filling them.

Provide us with information that helps us learn about you.

(Address, date of birth, insurance information)

We can either transfer the prescriptions by the old Rx number or just tell us what the medication is.  If your Rx has no refills, we'll call your doctor's office and request a new prescription.  Either way, we'll take care of this process for you.
